Finance Management

This training presents a solution for effective management, planning and controlling financial resources and financial obligations of the company. During the program, which lasts for two months, you receive the opportunity to increase your theoretical and practical knowledge, regarding the finance management, through interesting interactive lectures. The lectures are held for five weeks, every Friday and Saturday, Friday from 14.00 to 18.00 and Saturday from 12.00 to 18.00.
Course includes 5 modules:

F1 A good understanding of finance jargon and concepts and of how accountants think
F2 A clear picture of the key financial statements
F3 Financial statements analysis
F4 Financial statements projection
F5 cost-benefit analysis

Lecturers:
The lecturers are experienced and practitioners of the subjects they teach, they have working experience in foreign banks, large business experiences and they have held numerous trainings and workshops. With the completion and and active participation of this training you gain a sertificat for participation in Financial Management Training.

About the modules: The content of the modules leads the participants (which are not accountants or financial workers, but are managers and project leaders) through various examples of connecting the local accounting with the international accounting standards. These examples include actual and real balance sheets of local and international companies (F1 module), the interpretation and forming of the key international financial reports with which Financial management begins (F2 module), with tangible examples of financial reports of local and international companies and their “reading.” In F3 module you will learn all of the coefficients and financial pointers, which arise out of these financial reports- return on capital invested, profitability, liquidity, etc. These are all in fact the realistic view of the company’s performance, and they are already used to measure international as well as domestic companies. The F4 module concentrates on the practical usage of all of the other modules mentioned above, with the specifics of making projections and planning which are a part of every company development, new investment, business evaluation, project budgeting etc. The F5 module is the finishing module, and has as its goal to ensure you with the necessary skills and techniques for operational working, after all of the other modules are realized and when the operational working is precisely defined as opposed to the other financial and non financial activities of the company. The cost-benefit analysis is no news in our country, however in this module it is approached as a technique and its impact on the analysis and planning. The entire training consists of simulations of actual and practical situations.
